Living with celiac disease transformed food from a source of nourishment and comfort into one of uncertainty, trust, and risk.

The Food Network uses humor, absurdity, and surrealism to explore the complicated relationship between food, fear, pleasure, and safety. Familiar foods become strange, unsettling, and sometimes threatening, inviting us to question what we trust, what we consume, and what we cannot live without.

How do we learn to trust the very thing we cannot live without?
